0. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.laundryplan.com, as well as the contracting of services offered by Laundry Plan.
The purchase of any of the products and services implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of any Specific Conditions that may apply when purchasing certain products and services. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding with the purchase of any of the products and services offered.

All notifications and communications between website users and Laundry Plan shall be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Laundry Plan is an online subscription laundry service with home pick-up and delivery.
The contracting of services can only be done through the subscription or registration of the USER. The User will create their own username and password, through the means provided by Laundry Plan on the platform, which will identify them and personally enable them to access the products and services. Once inside www.laundryplan.com, and in order to access the contracting of the various products and services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will involve reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set out in www.laundryplan.com.
4. PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS
To make any purchase on www.laundryplan.com, the customer must be of legal age. Customers must also register at www.laundryplan.com by filling out a data collection form providing Laundry Plan with the information necessary to enter into a contract. This information must be true, accurate, and complete regarding the customer’s identity, and the customer must expressly consent to this by accepting Laundry Plan’s privacy policy.
5. TERM, RENEWAL, AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The duration of the service contract ends with the delivery of the order. Both Laundry Plan and the User may modify or terminate the subscription at any time.
6. DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of purchase according to the chosen delivery method.
7. PRICES, CHARGES, AND TAXES
The prices of the services listed on www.laundryplan.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during their period of validity and regardless of the destination of the order.
The price of services includes VAT.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs appear in the “Shipping/collection” step of the payment process. The amount will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and will be broken down in the total price before you confirm your purchase.
Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the price in effect on the date the order is placed (including automatic orders for weekly subscription renewals). The final cost will be communicated to the customer during the online purchase process and by email for automatic subscription renewals.
In the event of a technical and/or typographical error in the prices or other product details contained on the website when the order was placed.
When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
When the order could not be delivered to the address provided.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for purchases can be made by credit or debit card and PayPal.
You can make the payment immediately through our bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancel the order, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card. Both personal and banking details will be protected with all the security measures established by the company in accordance with the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation and with complete confidentiality.
9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS POLICY
The Customer has the possibility of obtaining discounts and promotions when placing orders with Laundry Plan. The conditions of use for discount coupons and promotions are as follows:
All discount coupons, codes, and promotions will only apply to the first orders of new Laundry Plan customers, unless otherwise stated.
New customers may only use a discount coupon or promotional code when placing their first order. Subsequent orders will not be eligible for new customer discounts or codes.
For these purposes, a “new customer” shall be understood to be someone who registers for the first time, makes a subscription selection, and enters the discount code specified in the promotion indicated when placing the order.
Only one discount coupon or code may be applied per order and may only be used once per person, unless otherwise stated. Discounts or codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other Laundry Plan offer.
Discounts or codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other option.
Cancelled orders will invalidate the use of that code on an account. If it is a discount or new customer code, no other discount or new customer code may be used on that account.
In the event that Laundry Plan detects any attempt to manipulate the system or impersonate users in order to fraudulently use discounts or codes, it will immediately invalidate the order and the use of that discount or code, and may cancel the user’s account. Laundry Plan reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or incorrect redemptions. Laundry Plan may request that the User return the promotional amount unduly obtained.
10. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
To file any complaint or claim with Laundry Plan, customers should contact the customer service department here. In accordance with the EU Online Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes and pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform, which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. The language used shall be Spanish. In the event that the courts must be used to settle any dispute between the parties, if the user is a consumer, the courts and tribunals of their place of residence shall apply.
12. WEBSITE
Browsing the Laundry Plan website makes you a USER of the site and implies your full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the conditions published in this legal notice, with the proviso that these conditions may be modified without prior notification by Laundry Plan, in which case they will be published and notified as far in advance as possible.
